Al igual que la semana pasada con la Fórmula 1, el último día de pruebas ha tenido las mejores condiciones climáticas para completar el programa de los equipos, con todos los compuestos de neumáticos ofrecidos por Pirelli. Pocos incidentes en la sesión, salvo algunos trompos y salidas de pista.
En cuanto a los pilotos iberoamericanos, el colombiano Julián Leal logró el 25º y 14º tiempo, el brasilero Felipe Nasr fue 15º y 1º. Los venezolanos Johnny Cecotto y Rodolfo González establecieron el 18º y 18º - 23º y 24º tiempo respectivamente.
Los pilotos de la GP2 Series ya están listos para afrontar el primer reto de la temporada, el cual será en el Circuito Internacional de Sepang (Malasia), del 22 al 24 de marzo.
